I ordered Uber eats from this restaurant. Honestly, I looked at the reviews before and I was very skeptical. I Decided to give benefit of doubt and order still. Unfortunately, they have disappointed me. I ordered a bowl with Hawaiian fried rice ,chicken katsu which I’m supposed to have two sides sliced cucumbers and crab salad. My food came with no utensils ..No crab salad I may not order from this restaurant again.

Hello, the food was so cold and CHEWY !! I want a refund or a new meal please !! So bad I’m so disappointed! 😔 I’ve eaten here at the many different franchises including the ghost kitchen in Fordham — it’s always been delicious. This time the bulgogi meat was so chewy, hard to eat, didn’t break how it normally does and it wasn’t sweet and saucy! The sweet potatoes had all the skin on every piece ! It was so hard to eat I could only eat the macaroni salad and I paid $16 for this plus delivery so over $21. I’d really like to be helped. Thanks guys :( I know this isn’t your standard bc I’m a loyal fan!

NASTY! RAW PORK! Ghost kitchen’s should be illegal. This food is absolutely nothing as expected. The rice is a paste, the pork is raw, the macaroni salad is straight mayonnaise. It’s just so bad

2 hours and half to wait for disgusting dish, I won’t order in there. The worker in calling was really nice, it’s why I put 2 stars. The Mexican Coke was hot, in New York, it’s 14 °F 😂

I used to order poke bowls from them often and everything was always great but this time I decided to try something new and unfortunately picture on ubereats app was completely different from what I received, the portion size is significantly smaller than advertised :(
